Timesheet Reminder Alerts To Reporters


This section of the Timesheet Template lets you set up reminder messages that prompt reporters to complete their timesheets.

To update a your timesheet's reminder messages, follow these steps:

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Timesheets.
  2. On the right, click Create & manage timesheet templates.
  3. Select the template that you’d like to edit.
  4. Expand the section of the template called Reminder Alerts.

  5. In the section Timesheet Reminder Alerts to Reporters, click Edit.
  6. There are three types of timesheet reminder alerts for reporters:


    1. Email Alert - Email alerts will be sent from donotreply@americalearns.net.


      1. You can choose how many days after the timesheet period closes the reporter receives an email.
      2. You can customize the text of the email.
    2. Text Message Alert - a reporter has to be opted-in to text message alerts in order to receive these reminders.

      1. You can choose how many days after the timesheet period closes the reporter receives a text.
      2. You can customize the text of the message.
    1. Mobile App Alert - reporters using the Timesheet App can choose to receive Mobile App Alerts in their app settings.



      1. You can choose how many days after the timesheet period closes the reporter receives a mobile app alert.
  7. Click Update to save any changes.

NOTE: Updates made to the timesheet alert settings will take effect immediately.
