Editing Identifier Assignment and Disconnection Dates

When you assign or disconnect an identifier to a reporter, the dates are reflected in your Impact Suite. You may need to edit those dates.


Here's how to edit the dates

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Identifier Groups.
  2. Select the group with the identifiers you'd like to edit under Manage Groups.
  3. Select the identifier
  4. In the identifier's profile:
    1. Open Assignment Details panel
    2. Hover over the more information icon (the question mark) next to the reporter's name
    3. Click on the blue hyperlink that contain the connection and (if applicable) disconnection dates.

  5. A pop-up window will appear.
    1. Enter the new date OR click Edit to select from a calendar.
    2. Click Update.pFwk-OhsLcVWEnGfnHiF7BjVoxOl09GeJw
  6. To edit disconnection dates:
    1. After opening the Assignment Details panel, look for the reporter in the Previous Assignment field.
    2. Hover over the more information icon next to the reporter 
    3. Click on the blue hyperlink that contain the connection and (if applicable) disconnection dates.

  7. A pop-up window will appear
    1. Enter the new date OR click Edit to select from a calendar.
    2. If you need to remove the disconnection date, check the box Disconnection Has Not Happened.
    3. Click Update.
