Edit a Timesheet Template
Follow these steps:
- On the left, in your Mission Control, click Timesheets.
- On the right, click Create & manage timesheet templates.
- Near the bottom, select the template that you’d like to edit.
NOTE: Timesheet templates will appear in alphanumeric order on this page (with numbers appearing before letters). - Make any edits you need. Changes are saved automatically and are effective immediately for any unsubmitted timesheets.
IMPORTANT: The template End Date can be changed up until the day the last timesheet period launches. After that day, contact support@americalearns.net to make the change for you.
Clone a Timesheet Template
Follow these steps:
- On the left, in your Mission Control, click Timesheets.
- On the right, click Create & manage timesheet templates.
- Near the bottom, select the template that you’d like to clone.
NOTE: Timesheet templates will appear in alphanumeric order on this page (with numbers appearing before letters). - Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Clone link.
- A pop-up window will ask you to name the new template and select the new template's start and end dates.
IMPORTANT: You will need to customize the following sections on the cloned template
- Finish Line Status
- Time Off Calendars
