Edit a Timesheet Template

Follow these steps:

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Timesheets.
  2. On the right, click Create & manage timesheet templates.
  3. Near the bottom, select the template that you’d like to edit.

    NOTE: Timesheet templates will appear in alphanumeric order on this page (with numbers appearing before letters).
  4. Make any edits you need. Changes are saved automatically and are effective immediately for any unsubmitted timesheets.

IMPORTANT: The template End Date can be changed up until the day the last timesheet period launches. After that day, contact support@americalearns.net to make the change for you.


Clone a Timesheet Template

Follow these steps:

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Timesheets.
  2. On the right, click Create & manage timesheet templates.
  3. Near the bottom, select the template that you’d like to clone.

    NOTE: Timesheet templates will appear in alphanumeric order on this page (with numbers appearing before letters).
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Clone link.
  5. A pop-up window will ask you to name the new template and select the new template's start and end dates.

IMPORTANT: You will need to customize the following sections on the cloned template
            - Finish Line Status
            - Time Off Calendars
