CLLS: Final Report Guide (2023-24)
CLLS Final Report
As the fiscal year comes to a close, we want to make sure you have everything you need to complete and submit your Final Report to CLLS. This guide will walk you through how to leverage your Impact Suite and use newly available AI technology (chatgpt.com) to complete your report.
This guide does not include every datapoint required by CLLS, and is based off of the requirements from the 2022-23 CLLS Final Report. If you need help with a component that this guide doesn't cover, use the link above to book a time with your Client Success Manager.
Adult Learners and Tutors Run Your Reports
If you've used America Learns since July 2022 you'll be able to get all of the data you need by running four sets of reports and exporting the data to Excel.
- 2022-23 for ALP Learners (you only need a list of names)
- 2023-24 for ALP Learners
- 2022-23 for ALP Tutors (you only need a list of names)
- 2023-24 for ALP Tutors
