Cancel Timesheet Edit Requests

If you’ve returned a timesheet to a reporter for edits but now need to cancel that request, follow these steps:

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Reporters, Admins, & Sites.
  2. On the right, click Manage reporter accounts.
  3. Click the relevant reporter’s name.
  4. Open the Timesheet Settings panel, and click the Show Dashboard link.
  5. When the dashboard opens, find the section under Reporter's To Dos with timesheets labeled To Edit and click Show Timesheets.

  6. Below, any timesheets that have been rejected for edits will appear with the date returned listed. To cancel the edit request, click the Cancel link.

  7. A window will appear where you will enter the reason for cancelling this edit request.

    NOTE: Your reason for cancelling the edit request will appear in the timesheet's audit trail.

  8. Click Confirm to finish.
