Allowing Admins to Impersonate/log in As Reporters or Other Admins

Impersonation of Reporters and Admins

Updating Admin Role permissions to allow for impersonation of reporters and other admins:

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click the Reporters, Admins, & Sites.
  2. On the right, click Manage admin roles.
  3. Click on the role you would like to update.
  4. Find the section(s) that need updating and give or retract access.

    To give the ability for admin with this role to impersonate Reporters, go to Reporter Account Management and select "Log In as/Impersonate Reporters".

    To give the ability for admin with this role to impersonate Admins, go to Admin Account Management and select "Log In as/Impersonate Admins".

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update.
